Implement and Operate a QMS system – EGS shall operate in compliance with the standards set out in ISO9001:2008. All employees shall adhere to the requirements of the Quality system.
Communication and Training – The company shall engage employees and ensure adequate communications and training of employees such that all employees have a full understanding of the Quality Management system and know how to use it.
